The Comco KBR Series is a compact and fast CNC tube bender perfectly suited for automotive fluid lines or HVAC applications. The machine platform is precise, surface ground, and combined with the highest quality components to provide the utmost in machine movement accuracy. THK rails and bearings are utilized throughout to ensure position accuracy.
The bend head is designed for maximum part clearance, which, combined with the programming versatility, allows forming of complex and symmetrical part shapes. The Servo “Bend Head Rotates”, allowing the part to remain more stable throughout the bending process; therefore, speed and flexibility are maximized. The fourth axis can be an addition to the chuck assembly to decrease cycle time and increase flexibility.
